"Having sold our house and awaiting completion of our new one we chose this site as our temporary home in our motorhome and it turned out to be just perfect for us. It's well kept and Eddie the owner always pleasant and helpful.
Within walking distance is a pub with great value food lunchtime and evenings and Shustoke reservoir, lovely to walk round or just sit and have a picnic.
Coleshill town if you like a good walk or just a short drive with large Morrisons supermarket, plenty of other shops and pubs/eateries.
What's not to like 😊"

"What an awesome site. Eddie is the best. Helping out de-stressed broken down caravaners. Recommending a great pub 4 mins walk away. Facilities to die for, showers, toilets, BBQ area, beautiful well kept gardens to sit on the lovely red bench. And Eddie makes a great cup of coffee . You could not want more. We want to go back just for the peace and quiet. Though we only live an hour away".

"Myself and a few friends had the pleasure of spending the weekend at this cosy campsite! It was an extremely hot weekend, but we were camped near trees, so had a bit of shade! It wasn’t regimented, like some campsites, so we were allowed to put our tents up however we wanted, in our allotted area, which was good. Eddie, the owner, even let us borrow his barbecue for the weekend, as it was too dry and dangerous for the small barbecues. The toilets/showers, were kept very clean, and although there were only two, each a wet room, it was fine, because the site is small. There are plans to build more though! There was a drinking water tap, which had plenty of use, as it was so hot! There is a small superstore just a few minutes drive away, which was very handy, and although we didn’t leave the site, there is a good pub within walking distance!
I would recommend this site to anyone wanting to camp in this beautiful area!"

"This is the best CL I have ever been to. I don’t think I’ve ever been to one with toilets, showers and washing up facilities, let alone, a BBQ and picnic area. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating to all their visitors, above and beyond any other experiences I have had. I think this is going to be a regular pitch for us. Well done to Eddie and family for all your hard work, you are amazing"

"Used this caravan site to try out our 1993 dandy trailer tent as we had only just purchased week before and need somewhere local in case we needed to get extra items for it, the site owner welcomed us with a very friendly and helpful attitude towards his guests, you could say he is the best campsite manager we we have come across so far, he fell in love with our retro trailer tent ,and pointed towards local pubs which served excellent food, the campsite is well laid out clean and tidy with excellent shower and toilets and Elsan point"

"Eddie is probably the most accommodating Site owner we've met. We've stayed twice now and both times he's really looked after us. The site is spotlessly clean, level, has a shower & is easy to access. The Plough pub just down the road is super friendly, takes dogs & does great food. The reservoir that is also really local is a lovely place to walk. There will be plenty of future visits...Happy Days"

"This is a wonderful little site. The owner, Eddie, is just wonderful and really can't do enough for you (he also lent me a fan to keep the dog cool as it was so hot). It's an adult only site in the countryside....it's so peaceful and tranquil (there was a variety of age groups staying there, which was great). It's so well kept. There's a 10 minute walk to a local country pub (which serves food) and Shustoke Resevoir is just down the road where you can walk all the way round. Coleshill is a few minutes drive away and Meriden (the centre of England) is about 4 miles away. There's easy access to Birmingham too. If you want a peaceful break....don't hesitate to go here. This has been one of my favourite breaks sites to date....and we'll definitely be going back."

"Stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. We were attending a wedding at Shustoke Barn which is a 15 minute walk away.
The site has large, clean toilet/shower rooms and a sink area for washing up. There is also a barbecue/relaxation area. The site is flat and although we didn’t need electric hookup it is now available.
Eddie the site owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us lots of local knowledge.
The site is peaceful - there is a bit of aircraft and train noise at times but this stops over night. There is a lot of birdsong which more than makes up for this!"

"Such a hidden gem of a campsite. We used it after travelling to England on the Liverpool Ferry as a stop off before Badminton Horse Trials. Could have stayed all week! Beautiful setting; the perfect place to switch off and relax and maybe even have a little wine in the sunshine! Local pub a 10min walk and the proprietor couldn’t have done enough to make us feel welcome. Do yourself a favour and go here for a few nights, you won’t regret it."

"Stayed for two nights. Was met on arrival and welcomed by the owner who was very helpful and accommodation sorting out the electric hook up for us! The site, although small at the moment, has great shower facilities and lovely quiet area not far from Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham. We would definitely stay there next time we are down in that area!"
